Role Overview

This India-based role will work closely with operations and leadership, leading FP&A;, budgeting,

forecasting, scenario planning, material cost analysis and manufacturing cost control for global

operations. The role will also require oversight of accounting, treasury and local tax matters in India

in the near term and will support board and investor reporting with clear financial analysis and

business insight.

Key Responsibilities

ï· Lead business planning, budgeting, forecasting and actuals/performance analysis

ï· Build and maintain financial models for forecasting, scenario planning, profitability analysis

and decision support

ï· Provide financial analysis for board meetings, investor discussions and strategic decisions

ï· Track actual performance against budget and forecast, with transparent variance analysis

ï· Drive efficiency and cost targets by analysing material costs, manufacturing overheads,

production efficiency and key cost drivers

ï· Provide budgetary control for capacity expansion and greenfield projects

ï· Analyse government incentives,



tax incentives and grants, and maintain records for claims

and audits

ï· Partner with Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Manufacturing and Operations teams on

cost optimisation initiatives

ï· Prepare monthly MIS, management dashboards and performance reports

ï· Support accounting oversight and local tax compliance coordination in India

Requirements
Ideal Candidate

ï· Qualified CA with 5–6 years of relevant experience

ï· Strong experience in FP&A; and material/project costing in a manufacturing organisation

ï· Automotive/manufacturing industry experience preferred

ï· Mandatory: Excellent Excel modelling skills with the ability to independently build complex

financial models for forecasting, scenario planning and decision support

ï· Strong understanding of manufacturing cost structures, material costs, overheads, and

supply chain processes

ï· Strong analytical and stakeholder managem
