We are looking for an experienced partnerships professional to build and grow our ecosystem of strategic partners. The role will focus on developing alliances with system integrators, consulting firms, ATS implementation partners and companies involved in HR transformation projects.

The objective is to enable these partners to position and recommend our HR technology products as part of their client engagements.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop partnerships with system integrators, consulting firms and HR technology companies.
- Build relationships with organizations managing HR transformation and recruitment technology projects.
- Create joint go-to-market plans with selected partners.
- Enable partners to understand, position and pitch our products to their clients.
- Identify recent business opportunities through the partner ecosystem.
- Develop commercial and engagement models for different partner categories.
- Work with Sales, Product, Marketing and Customer Success teams to support partner-led opportunities.
- Track the partnership pipeline,



conversions and revenue contribution.
- Maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across partner organizations.

Experience and Skills
- 8–10 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, ecosystem development or enterprise business development.
- Experience working with system integrators, consulting firms or enterprise technology companies.
- Good understanding of enterprise sales and partner-led business models.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to develop partnerships from initial identification through commercial execution.
- Experience in HR technology, SaaS or enterprise software would be preferred.

- Number of relevant partnerships established and activated.
- Partner-generated opportunities and revenue.
- Adoption of our products within partner-led client engagements.
- Strength and growth of the active partner ecosystem.
