Legal Intern – Government Schemes, Sponsored Programs & Compliance Remote (Pan-India) | Full-Time Internship | Path to Full-Time Legal Counsel

Are you a law graduate (or soon-to-be) who wants real exposure to government schemes, regulatory compliance, and high-impact public-private partnerships — from day one?

We're a fast-growing SkillTech platform working at the intersection of education, healthcare innovation, and government-sponsored programs. We're looking for a sharp, self-driven Legal Intern to join our remote team and help us navigate the legal and regulatory landscape that powers our mission.

What you'll work on:

Government Schemes & Sponsored Programs
- Track and interpret central & state scheme notifications (Startup India, MeitY, ABDM, Skill India, and more)
- Draft and assemble grant applications, partner consent forms, and program documentation
- Support liaison with District Industries Centres, banking partners, and sector skill councils

Corporate & Regulatory Compliance
- Draft and review employment contracts, offer letters, contractor agreements, NDAs,



and POSH policies
- Ensure DPDP Act compliance across candidate, patient, and student data
- Maintain and update our standardized legal template library

Strategic Support
- Flag compliance risks and contribute to governance reporting
- Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, program, and partnership teams

Requirements
What we're looking for: Pursuing or recently completed LL.B / B.A. LL.B / LL.M
- Solid grounding in contract drafting, labor law, IP basics, and data privacy (DPDP Act)
- Strong legal writing skills — able to turn dense notifications into plain-language guidance
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-moving environment
