Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Automation Test Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Katalon Studio, Java, and Selenium. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, executing, and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks to ensure high-quality software delivery. Experience in performance testing and the U.S. Healthcare domain will be an added advantage.

Job Description
- Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts aligned with manual test cases to maximize test coverage and improve testing efficiency.
- Establish baseline execution times for manual test cases, compare them with automated execution, and document automation efficiency and ROI metrics.
- Execute automated test suites regularly and ensure test results are accurately tracked, analyzed, reported, and communicated to stakeholders.
- Identify, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps, expected and actual results, and supporting evidence. Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to drive defects to resolution.




- Ensure adherence to organizational QA processes, automation coding standards, security guidelines, and industry best practices.
- Integrate and execute automated tests through CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps.
- Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for test cases, automation scripts, test data, frameworks, and execution results to support audits and knowledge sharing.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate effectively with developers, business analysts, product owners, and other cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrate solid analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance automation coverage, execution efficiency, and overall QA processes.
