Job Summary
We are looking for a Jr. Engineer – Powder Coating Production responsible for managing day-to-day powder coating and PT line operations, ensuring smooth shop-floor activities, maintaining process standards, supporting audits, and coordinating effectively with the production team.
Key Responsibilities

Handle and monitor powder coating and PT line operations as per production requirements.

Ensure smooth and efficient shop-floor activities and achieve daily production targets.

Monitor the powder coating process parameters and ensure adherence to defined standards.

Have a positive understanding of production systems, process documentation, and work instructions.

Coordinate with operators and team members to ensure proper workflow and productivity.

Identify production-related problems and support timely root-cause analysis and corrective actions.

Maintain proper production records, checklists, and process-related documentation.

Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and process standards.

Support and confidently handle internal and external audits.

Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and other departments for smooth production operations.

Monitor manpower utilization, material availability, and line performance.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts and manage shop-floor responsibilities effectively.
