Description
The role focuses on incident management, infrastructure troubleshooting, automation, monitoring, and maintaining reliable application operations.

Responsibilities
- Provide L2 support for Linux servers, application infrastructure, and production environments.
- Manage and troubleshoot VMware virtual machines and infrastructure.
- Support Kubernetes and OpenShift deployments, scaling, and container-related issues.
- Automate routine infrastructure tasks using Bash, Python, Ansible, or Terraform.
- Monitor system performance using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios, or similar platforms.
- Perform incident troubleshooting, root cause analysis, documentation, and preventive actions.

Qualifications
You Have:




- Any Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 6+ years of experience.
- Hands-on experience with Linux administration, preferably RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu.
- Experience with VMware vSphere, virtual machine provisioning, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

It would be nice if you also added:
- Working knowledge of Kubernetes and OpenShift container platforms.
- Proficiency in Bash/Shell or Python scripting and automation tools such as Ansible/Terraform.
- Experience with monitoring, troubleshooting, CI/CD, cloud platforms, and enterprise production environments.
