Job Description We are seeking a proactive and experienced to lead sustainability and green building certification projects across LEED, IGBC, WELL, GRIHA, and ECBC. The ideal candidate will manage, facilitate cross-functional teams, coordinate with clients and consultants, ensure high-quality project delivery, and drive successful certification outcomes while supporting business growth and technical excellence.

n Responsibilities
n n Lead and mentor project teams to ensure timely and quality deliverables
n Plan, monitor and track project progress, ensuring milestones are met
n Coordinate with clients, consultants and stakeholders for smooth project execution
n Prepare sustainability strategies and documentation for certification submissions
n Conduct technical reviews and ensure compliance with standards (LEED, IGBC, WELL, GRIHA, ECBC, etc.)
n Identify risks and opportunities to improve project performance
n Ensure quality assurance and adherence to ENGRIN processes
n Support business development through proposals and client meetings
n Stay updated on green building standards, technologies and market trends
n Manage resources, budgets and project timelines effectively

n Qualifications
n n Min Bachelor's degree in the relate subjects
n Min of 2 - 3 years of relevant experience
n Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
n Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
n Expertise on LEED, IGBC, WELL, GRIHA, ECBC
n
