Job Description Hiring: Strategic Executive Assistant to the C-Suite | CA

n We’re looking for a qualified CA who can do much more than traditional executive support.
n We need someone who understands banking strategy, branch business planning, financial performance, and corporate finance —and can work closely with the C-Suite to turn strategy into execution.
n
n Think of this role as part Strategic Advisor, part Finance Partner, and part Executive Office lead.
n
n What you’ll do:
n n Develop and execute banking and branch-level business plans
n Drive branch growth strategies across deposits, advances, CASA, cross-sell, profitability, and customer acquisition
n Analyze branch/region performance and identify growth and efficiency opportunities
n Build financial models, budgets, forecasts, and business scenarios
n Work with banks and financial institutions on credit facilities, treasury, and funding
n Support the C-Suite on strategic, financial, and capital allocation decisions
n Translate leadership priorities into clear execution plans and track outcomes
n Prepare sharp, decision-ready MIS and presentations for senior leadership
n Step in on critical operational and financial issues and drive them to resolution




n n We’re looking for someone who:
n n Is a qualified CA with strong commercial and financial expertise
n Has hands-on experience in banking business planning and branch banking strategy
n Understands banking KPIs, branch profitability, liability/asset growth, and portfolio performance
n Can confidently engage with bankers, senior executives, and business heads
n Thinks strategically but is equally comfortable getting into the numbers and execution
n Is highly organized, proactive, discreet, and comfortable operating close to the C-Suite
n n This is not a conventional Executive Assistant role.
n
