n Monvue is a cosmetic contact lens brand building a new category of coloured lenses in India — making contact lenses feel as effortless and mainstream as makeup.

n We’re looking for a Brand & Creative Designer who can help shape how Monvue looks, feels and communicates across every touchpoint.
n
n The Role
n
n This is not a role for someone who simply executes design briefs.
n
n We’re looking for someone with exceptional visual taste, solid creative thinking and an obsession with details — someone who can take an idea and turn it into something beautiful, relevant and distinctly Monvue.
n
n You’ll work closely with the Marketing Head to develop creatives and visual concepts across social media, advertising, campaigns, website, packaging and the broader brand.
n
n What You’ll Do
n
n * Design Instagram posts, carousels, stories, Reels covers and other social content
n * Develop creative concepts for campaigns and product launches
n * Create high-quality performance marketing creatives for Meta and Google
n * Design website banners, landing-page visuals and product graphics
n * Work on packaging, inserts, cards and other brand collateral
n * Adapt creator/UGC content into polished Monvue creatives
n * Develop moodboards, visual references and creative directions for shoots
n * Help build and maintain Monvue’s visual identity across all touchpoints
n * Collaborate closely with the Marketing Head to turn marketing ideas into strong visual concepts
n * Experiment with new design styles, formats, AI tools and creative trends




n * Take ownership of projects from concept to final execution
n
n What We’re Looking For
n
n * 1–3 years of experience in graphic/brand/digital design
n * A strong portfolio that demonstrates creativity and visual taste
n * Excellent understanding of typography, composition, colour and layout
n * Strong command of Photoshop, Illustrator and/or Figma
n * Ability to create both static and basic motion/video creatives
n * Strong understanding of social media and digital-first design
n * High attention to detail
n * Ability to work independently and move quickly
n * Someone who can take a brief and also challenge the brief when they see a better creative direction
n
n Bonus Points
n
n * Experience in beauty, fashion, cosmetics, skincare, lifestyle or D2C brands
n * Experience working with premium brands
n * Motion graphics / After Effects
n * AI creative tools
n * Basic photography or art direction experience
n * Understanding of performance marketing creatives
n
n Most Importantly
