Experience: 8 12 years of Java experience

Position Overview

The role requires strong hands-on expertise in Java/J2EE (Java 8), Spring Boot, microservices architecture, and RDBMS systems, along with experience in design patterns and cloud-native SaaS products. The Technical Lead will lead development, ensure code quality, mentor team members, and drive technical decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead software development using Java and related technologies
- Solve complex technical problems using best practices
- Ensure code quality, performance, and development standards
- Conduct peer code reviews through GIT pull requests
- Evaluate multiple technical solutions and trade-offs
- Develop and implement POCs
- Own team code quality and code coverage
- Manage deliveries and unblock team members
- Guide technical approaches and coordinate dependencies




- Debug and resolve reported issues
- Support projects during warranty periods
- Conduct requirement and impact analysis
- Participate in Scrum meetings with onsite teams
