BA/Dev (hybrid) role to handle requests / enhancements on current Xactly SaaS sales performance & Incentive platform. Should have experience in file based integrations with workday for HR data, MSD for revenue data, sales planning, accounting from SAP etc.
Support requests / changes as they come.
Experienced in either Xactly / Varicient / similar platform. Experience in sales performance and incentive area & who can scale up to learn the platform quickly.
Team interactions will be with Integration and data teams as needed.
