We’re hiring: Finance & Accounts Associate

Location: Koramangala, Bengaluru

Salary: ₹3.6–7.2 lakh per annum

⏱ Joining: Immediate

Qualification: CA Intermediate (2 / 3 years of articleship completed) or a finance professional with 3 - 5 years experience

We’re looking for a sharp, resourceful finance professional who can confidently handle the practical financial needs of a growing business.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations
- Handle invoicing, payments, bank reconciliations and expense tracking
- Support GST, TDS and other statutory compliances
- Prepare MIS reports, cash-flow updates and financial summaries
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, auditors and internal teams
- Identify discrepancies and independently resolve routine finance issues
- Help strengthen financial processes and internal controls

What we’re looking for:

- CA Intermediate qualification (2 / 3 years of articleship completed)



or a finance professional with 3 - 5 years experience
- Strong spoken and written English
- Sound understanding of accounting and business finance
- Good working knowledge of Excel and accounting software
- Practical problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Confidence in taking ownership and navigating everyday finance matters
- Availability to join immediately and work from Koramangala, Bengaluru

Compensation will be between ₹3,60,000 and ₹7,20,000 per annum, depending on experience and capability.
