Job Description:

- Demonstrable delivery experience on **Dynamics 365 Sales** - minimum 3 full-cycle implementations

- Hands-on experience with **Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Journeys** (real-time marketing), including journey orchestration, segmentation, triggers and channel configuration

- Robust understanding of Dataverse: tables, relationships, business rules, security model, solution management

- Working knowledge of Power Platform - Power Automate, Power Apps (model-driven), Power BI dashboards

- Experience with data migration and integration concepts (connectors, APIs, dual-write, Data Import Wizard, third-party ETL tools)

- Proven ability to author functional documentation: FDDs, BRDs, process maps, user stories

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery models

- - Excellent verbal and written communication; comfortable presenting to senior client stakeholders
