Novateor Research Laboratories Ltd. is the BSE listed, FDCA approved manufacturer behind SmiloShine, India's #1 brand for teeth whitening. We are hiring Field Sales Officers across Gujarat, Maharashtra and Bihar.

A little about us: 11+ years in the business, 15+ products, customers in 200+ cities and a network of 40,000+ dentists across the country. We also won the Famdent Excellence in Dentistry Award 2024 for the Most Innovative Teeth Whitening Products of the Year.

About the role

You will be the face of SmiloShine in your territory. Your job is to build robust relationships with retailers and distributors, get our products onto more shelves, and grow the numbers in the market you own.

What you will do

- Find new business through direct sales, channel partners and distributors
- Sell SmiloShine products to retail stores, pharmacies and dental clinics
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients, distributors and trade partners
- Meet your monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Run product demonstrations, presentations and market campaigns
- Keep track of what competitors are doing and share what you learn with the team
- Maintain clear sales reports, customer records and follow ups

What we are looking for





- Someone who communicates well and can negotiate comfortably
- A result oriented attitude and genuine interest in sales
- Basic understanding of retail, FMCG or healthcare products
- Readiness to travel regularly across your territory

Qualification

Graduate in Business Administration or Marketing. MBA preferred. 0 to 2 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in FMCG, healthcare, dental or cosmetic products. If you are a fresher with strong communication skills, we would still like to hear from you.

Locations

Gujarat: Ahmedabad, Rajkot, Surat, Vadodara and nearby areas

Maharashtra: Mumbai, Pune and nearby areas

Bihar: Patna, Muzaffarpur, Gaya and nearby areas

Working hours

10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. Sunday off.

Where this role can take you

We promote from within. Field Sales Officers who perform well move up to Area Sales Manager and then Business Development Manager. If you come in with exceptional experience, we may offer you a managerial position with higher compensation right away.
