We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Executive – Client Servicing to act as a key link between clients and internal creative, design, and execution teams. The role involves managing client communication, understanding briefs, coordinating deliverables, and ensuring projects are executed smoothly and to a high standard.

Requirements

Key ResponsibilitiesClient & Account Management

- Serve as a key point of contact for clients across projects and ongoing requirements.
- Attend client meetings, understand briefs, clarify requirements, and translate them into actionable deliverables.
- Maintain proactive and timely communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Build solid, long-term client relationships through responsiveness and consistent service quality.
- Coordinate with creative, design, content, production, and other internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Track deliverables, timelines, feedback, and follow-ups to ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Support account growth by identifying opportunities within existing client relationships and contributing to new business initiatives.

Creative Research & Ideation
- Research global event, experiential marketing, brand engagement, and consumer trends.
- Bring fresh ideas, themes, formats, references, and concepts to pitches and client projects.
- Support brainstorming sessions with relevant research, mood boards, references, and creative inspiration.
- Stay updated on pop culture, entertainment, digital trends, technology,



and emerging audience engagement formats.
- Understand client objectives and contribute practical, creative, and solutions-oriented recommendations.
- Help the team develop innovative concepts that create meaningful brand and audience experiences.

Presentations & Proposal Development
- Assist in developing compelling pitch decks, event proposals, presentations, and event flow documents.
- Work closely with design and content teams to create visually engaging and strategically aligned presentations.
- Support proposal structuring, budgeting inputs, timelines, and other client-facing materials.
- Ensure presentations and proposals are accurate, polished, well-structured, and aligned with brand requirements.
- Support the team in preparing materials for client presentations and new business pitches.
