We are looking for a creatively driven and experienced Art Director to lead branding, packaging, visual identity, and brand communication projects from concept through final execution. The ideal candidate will combine strong conceptual thinking with refined design sensibility and the ability to translate brand strategy into distinctive, commercially relevant visual experiences.

This role is suited to a creative leader who can remain hands-on with design while guiding designers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining a high standard of creative excellence across multiple projects.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

- Lead creative direction across branding, packaging, visual identity, campaigns, and brand communicationprojects.
- Develop compelling creative concepts based on client briefs, brand strategy, consumer insights, and market positioning.
- Translate strategic objectives into cohesive and distinctive visual identities and design systems.
- Conceptualize and oversee brand identities, logo systems, packaging, typography, colour systems, brand guidelines, campaign visuals, and retail applications.
- Guide designers through ideation, design development, iterations, and final execution.
- Review creative output and provide clear, constructive feedback to maintain quality and consistency.
- Ensure strong visual consistency across all brand and communication touchpoints.
- Present creative concepts and articulate the strategic and creative rationale to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with strategy, copy, client servicing, production, and other creative teams.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining timelines, quality, and creative standards.
- Oversee final artwork,



mock-ups, print production, and packaging execution.
- Coordinate with printers, vendors, photographers, illustrators, and other external creative partners when required.
- Mentor junior and mid-level designers and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing creative culture.
- Stay updated on trends across branding, packaging, typography, design, consumer behaviour, visual culture, and emerging creative technologies.

What's Makes You a Great Fit
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in branding, design, packaging, or a creative agency environment.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, visual identity, packaging, and creative direction.
- Excellent understanding of typography, composition, colour, layout, visual hierarchy, and visual storytelling.
- Strong conceptual and strategic thinking with the ability to develop ideas beyond individual design assets.
- Proven experience taking projects from concept development through final production.
- Good understanding of packaging materials, structures, printing processes, and finishing techniques.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Working knowledge of Figma, presentation tools, 3D/mock-up software, and AI-powered creative tools is an advantage.
- Strong presentation, communication, and client-facing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and provide creative direction to designers.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to design quality and craftsmanship.
- Ability to balance creativity, brand strategy, commercial objectives, and production realities.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environment.
- Curious, proactive, and passionate about exploring new creative ideas, design approaches, and industry trends.
