* Head the **Engineering & Maintenance Department** of the mall. * Lead technical operations, maintenance and upkeep of all mall equipment and assets. * Ensure smooth and productive functioning of **Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC and Civil** systems. * Plan and monitor preventive & breakdown maintenance activities. * Ensure safety, compliance and optimum performance of engineering assets. * Manage vendors, AMC activities and maintenance teams. * Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure minimum downtime. * Manage maintenance budgets and ensure cost-effective operations.
