Field Specialist II

We are looking for a Field Specialist to support field operations across a variety of Weatherford products and services. This role involves performing field-based tasks using standard techniques, procedures, and operational guidelines while ensuring strong service quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Depending on experience level, the role may also include troubleshooting complex technical issues, supporting junior team members, and acting as a key client interface at the well site.

Responsibilities

- Perform job planning, tool and equipment preparation, mobilization, job execution, and submission of job-related documentation.

- Participate in daily operations meetings, safety meetings, toolbox talks, and Job Hazard Analysis activities.

- Operate, test, and maintain tools and equipment in line with work instructions, policies, procedures, and safety standards.

- Monitor and analyze operational data to recommend services, solutions, and improvements.

- Maintain equipment, facilities, and work areas in safe and presentable working condition.

- Deliver high service quality to clients and build positive relationships to support repeat business.

- Manage inventory and supplies required at the well site.

- Support failure investigations and follow up with repair and maintenance teams to ensure closure of failure reports.

- Comply with Weatherford’s HSE, Security, Quality, Compliance, and operational policies at all times.

- Support, guide,



or mentor junior field crew members where required based on role level and experience.

- Remain available on a 24-hour call basis to respond to customer operational needs.

Qualifications

- 1 to 2.5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.

- High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.

- Basic understanding of mechanics, electricity, electronics, pneumatics, and/or hydraulics.

- Knowledge of mathematics, basic physics, chemistry, and computer fundamentals.

- Good reading, writing, judgment, decision-making, and time management skills.

- Ability to work safely in field conditions and perform physically demanding tasks as required.

Preferred Qualifications

- Technical Certificate from an accredited Technical or Vocational School.

- Prior field operations experience in oilfield services or related environments.
