We are looking for a Senior Architect who wants to do more than deliver drawings—we're looking for someone who wants to influence projects, contribute ideas, and become an integral part of our core design team.
We're seeking an architect who is not just experienced,



but deeply invested in the profession and excited by the opportunity to shape meaningful architecture.
You don't simply execute instructions—you question, analyse, research and contribute ideas that strengthen the project.
You take responsibility for your projects, proactively identify opportunities and challenges, and consistently strive to deliver work of the highest quality.
Has a solid technical foundation. You possess a strong understanding of building bye-laws, NBC, statutory approvals, building services, structural systems and construction methodologies, and know how to integrate these seamlessly into design.
Whether through design ideation, feasibility studies, research, detailing or problem-solving, you actively look for ways to improve the project beyond your assigned responsibilities.
You enjoy open dialogue, respect diverse perspectives, freely share ideas, and contribute positively to the creative process.
Is passionate about architecture . Above all, we're looking for someone who is genuinely enthusiastic about the work they do—someone who wants to make a lasting contribution to every project and grow with the practice.
Lead and manage multiple architectural projects from design development through construction documentation and execution.
Maintain high standards of project documentation, quality control and timely project delivery.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
Minimum 5 years of professional architectural experience.
Strong knowledge of NBC, local building regulations and approval processes.
Experience in consultant coordination, construction documentation and project execution.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other industry-standard architectural software.
