Your work profile

SAP SD Consultant with extensive experience in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution, supporting multiple business units across diverse industry verticals. Responsible for leading end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) solution delivery, business process transformation, application support, enhancements, and project implementations. Acts as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring scalable, standardized, and efficient SAP SD solutions across a multi-client, multi-industry workplace.

Key Skills Required

SAP SD Solution Delivery
- Lead the design, configuration, implementation,



and support of SAP SD solutions across multiple business functions and industry domains.
- Own end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes including:
- Inquiry and Quotation Management
- Sales Order Processing
- Delivery Processing
- Billing and Invoicing
- Returns and Credit/Debit Memo Processing
- Pricing and Rebate Management
- Credit Management

Business Requirements & Solution Design
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Translate business requirements into scalable SAP SD solutions.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend standard SAP best practices.
- Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Functional Specifications, and Solution Design Documents.

Cross-Functional Integration
- Work closely with SAP FI, MM, PP, WM/EWM, TM, and other functional teams.
- Ensure seamless integration of Order-to-Cash processes with upstream and downstream business processes.
