Attend machine breakdowns immediately to minimize production loss.
Repair and maintain sewing machines, cutting machines, pressing equipment, and finishing machines.
Install, set up, on any current machinery.
Maintain machine settings according to different garment operations.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, faults.
Ensure machine safety guards and protective devices are functioning properly.
Maintain spare parts inventory and raise requisitions when stock reaches minimum levels.
Record all maintenance activities and machine history.
Support production teams during style changes and machine conversions.
Coordinate with production, team for smooth operations.
Maintain the maintenance area.
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
