About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and performance-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage and coordinate the company's digital marketing activities. The role will primarily focus on B2B digital marketing, content coordination, lead generation, campaign tracking and coordination with an external digital marketing agency.
The candidate will act as the key internal coordination point to ensure that digital marketing activities are aligned with business objectives and generate measurable sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and the external digital marketing agency.
- Prepare clear briefs for digital campaigns, social-media content, website updates and other marketing initiatives.
- Collect product information, project photographs, installation updates,
customer stories, service activities, achievements and business updates for content creation.
- Review agency creatives, captions, campaign plans and website content for accuracy and brand consistency.
- Maintain the digital marketing calendar and follow up on agency deliverables and timelines.
- Coordinate the company's presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile and YouTube.
- Develop a regular pipeline of B2B content covering products, installations, customer projects, AMC/service activities, exhibitions, achievements and case studies.
- Track leads generated through the website, Google, social media, digital advertising, IndiaMART and other online platforms.
- Coordinate with the sales team for quick assignment and follow-up of digital leads.
- Track the complete lead journey from enquiry → meeting → quotation → order conversion.
- Review the company website for outdate
