Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to manage, oversee, and streamline our accounting operations. The role involves handling day-to-day accounting entries, reconciliations, vendor and employee payments, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of accounting standards, GST, TDS, payroll, and reconciliation processes, along with excellent analytical and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry & Accounting
- Record purchase invoices including GST-related entries.
- Enter and maintain bank and cash transactions.
- Record trip-related entries using Google Sheets.
- Enter expense transactions and maintain supporting records.
- Manage driver salary and staff salary entries.
- Record EMI interest entries with loan statements.
- Enter vendor purchase and sales entries.
- Reconciliation
- GST reconciliation with GSTR-2A.
- Bank reconciliation with bank statements.
- Trip reconciliation with Google Sheets.
- FASTag reconciliation with FASTag statements.




- Credit card reconciliation with card statements.
- Loan account reconciliation with loan statements.
- Vendor and customer reconciliation.
- Labour payment and deduction reconciliation.
- Vehicle maintenance and petrol pump reconciliation.
- GST and TDS reconciliation.
- Payments Processing
- Ensure timely payment of invoices.
- Process FASTag payments.
- Manage credit card payments.
- Handle driver and staff salary disbursement.
- Process vendor payments.
- Manage labour payments.
- Process petrol pump payments.
- Handle GST, TDS, and statutory payments.
- Oversee payroll-related payments.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- Minimum 5–7 years of accounting experience, preferably in logistics/transportation sector.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
