Job Summary
This Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;) role for International Business drives strategic growth through rigorous financial modeling, commercial contract evaluation, and data-driven insights. This role partners closely with cross-functional leadership to build long-range plans, optimize international revenue deals, and safeguard financial compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Forecasting
- Long-Range Planning: Develop deep business understanding to build robust Annual Operating Plans (AOP) and long-range strategic forecasts.
- Logical Modeling: Ensure all budgets and forecasts rely on logical assumptions, high-quality inputs, and rigorous quantitative analysis.
- Budgetary Control: Monitor actual expenditures against budgets continuously to eliminate overruns and deliver timely variance alerts.




- Develop energetic P&L; Models for new Initiative Business

Commercial & Deal Evaluation
- Revenue Deal Review: Conduct deep analytical reviews of all international revenue deals to maximize profitability and support business choices.
- Contract Optimization: Review commercial contracts to protect company interests, optimize tax structures, and guarantee regulatory compliance.
- Post-Evaluation Analysis: Perform detailed post-mortem reviews on actual spends to measure return on investment (ROI) against baseline plans.
- Cash flow and balance sheet analysis of the customers to understand whether our revenue growth is sync with theirs.

Process Excellence & Innovation
- Operational Smoothness: Review, design, and refine financial workflows to support seamless international business operations.
- AI & Automation: Leverage modern AI tools and automated financial systems to streamline reporting and unlock advanced business insights
