Job Description – Test Engineer

We are looking for a Test Engineer to join our QA team and ensure the quality, reliability, and usability of our software products.

Responsibilities:

Design and execute manual test cases for new features and existing functionality.

Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, and sanity testing.

Analyze requirements and identify potential gaps and edge cases.

-
Report, track, and verify defects through the complete bug lifecycle.

Work closely with developers and product teams to understand and resolve issues.

-
Perform end-to-end testing across different modules and user workflows.

-
Validate UI, data, business rules, validations, and error handling.

Maintain test cases, test documentation, and regression suites.

Participate in release testing and provide QA status and feedback.

Identify opportunities to improve testing processes and product quality.





Requirements:

-
2–5 years of experience in software testing/QA.

-
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies.

-
Experience with manual testing and test case design.

Good understanding of web applications and browser-based testing.

-
Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools.

-
Basic understanding of API testing and automation is an advantage.

Positive analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
