We’re scaling our documentation function to support rapid project execution across Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities.

Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain, organize, and digitize legal, financial, and project-related documents for real estate transactions and approvals.
- Prepare and review sale deeds, agreements, NOCs, OC/CC certificates, and other statutory forms in compliance with RERA, Stamp Act, and local municipal norms.
- Coordinate with legal, sales, finance, and project teams to ensure timely submission and archival of documents across project lifecycles.
- Track document status, deadlines, and pending approvals using internal trackers or CRM tools—ensuring zero slippage on compliance milestones.
- Handle client-facing documentation queries,



issue acknowledgment letters, and assist in onboarding new allottees with paperwork support.
- Support audits, inspections, and government submissions by compiling and validating project documentation packages.
