Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our human resources team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, training, employee engagement and HR operations. The successful candidate will work closely with our HR professionals, assisting in day-to-day activities and contributing to key HR initiatives.

Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assisting the HR team in recruitment processes.
- Screen resumes, contact applicants, schedule and coordinate interviews with them, and follow up when required.
- Maintain accurate records of applicants and the hiring process
- Ability to handle data with confidentiality
- Preparing regular reports on ongoing recruitment activities
- Assist in the onboarding process.
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Contributing to employee onboarding by ensuring seamless integration for new hires.
- Organising current hire orientations.
- Support attendance, overtime, leave,



and HR documentation management.
- Support courier and canteen administration activities.
- Contribute to maintaining accurate documentation and records.
- Maintain and update statutory and compliance-related registers.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, letters, and employee-related documents.
- Coordinate HR meetings, training programs, employee surveys, and engagement initiatives.
- Record minutes of meetings and track action items.
- Eagerness to learn and develop new skills in human resources management.
- Supports the department with all necessary administrative or clerical work.
- Supports the department with all necessary project work.
- Other duties/projects as assigned

Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- MBA/BBA/BMS (Human Resources), MSW/BSW or relevant internship experience in related field
- Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices
