n We are seeking a CAD Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, with hands-on experience in CAD software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks. The candidate should have more than 0-2 years of experience in either Process or Design fields, with a preference for experience in the composite industry.

n Responsibilities:
n n Design and develop current projects using CAD software, ensuring adherence to project specifications and requirements.
n Coordinate with production and quality teams during implementation stages to ensure seamless integration of designs into manufacturing processes.
n Perform various complex calculations related to design and development tasks.
n Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize designs for manufacturing efficiency and product quality.




n Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to CAD design and manufacturing processes.
n Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the design and production processes.
n Maintain accurate documentation of design iterations, calculations, and project milestones.
n Provide technical support and assistance to colleagues as needed.

n Qualifications

n n Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
n Minimum of 2 years of experience in Process or Design fields.
n Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
n Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
n Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
n Experience in the composite industry is preferred but not required.
