Key Responsibilities Client Relationship & Project Review Meetings
CLIENT & REVIEW
Represent Floatex in all project review meetings — PRMs, weekly reviews, coordination calls — with authority to commit to schedules and corrective actions
Prepare and present project status reports, recovery plans, and commissioning schedules to client management; submissions are never late
Manage client expectations proactively — flag risks before they become crises; no missed milestone should ever be a surprise
Execution & Commissioning Oversight
EXECUTION
Own the project schedule for all active projects from LOA through grid commissioning; monitor progress daily against milestones
Manage Site Incharges directly; ensure on-ground issues are escalated and resolved without delay
Coordinate across procurement, engineering, logistics, and site to identify and explicit bottlenecks before they impact the critical path
Drive partial and final commissioning activities; ensure CEA and statutory approvals are tracked and met on schedule
Establish and enforce a daily reporting rhythm from all active sites
Team Management
TEAM
Directly manage Site Incharges; set performance expectations, review DPRs, and hold individuals accountable
Manage the Electrical Engineer on project delivery coordination
Identify resourcing gaps across active projects; raise hiring needs to leadership with sufficient lead time
Subcontractor & Vendor Management
SUBCONTRACTORS
Own working relationships with key subcontractors across all active projects
Ensure deliverables from subcontractors (drawings, specifications, schedules) arrive on time and to the standard required for client submission
Manage variation orders, scope changes, and contract deviations; document and close them formally
Financial Tracking & Collections Support
FINANCIAL
Track project milestone-based billing; coordinate with accounts to ensure invoices are raised at the right time against the right milestones
Support collection from clients where outstanding payments are tied to project delivery milestones or document approvals
Flag project cost overruns or margin risks early; maintain project-level P&L; visibility
