Job Description:

WE ARE HIRING – CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO)

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Industry: Real Estate / Construction
Experience: Senior-level Finance Leadership
Salary: ₹24 LPA – ₹36 LPA (Budget Adaptable)

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead Finance, Treasury, Accounting, Taxation and Budgeting.
* Manage Cash Flow, Collections, Fundraising and Project Finance.
* Monitor Project Profitability, Financial Controls and MIS.
* Handle RERA Escrow Compliance, Audit and Statutory Compliance.
* Manage Investor Relations and Banking Relationships.
* Provide strategic financial guidance to the CEO/MD and Board.
