Role Overview:
As the Company Secretary, you will manage statutory compliance, corporate governance, and secretarial functions for the parent entity and its portfolio startups. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher or early-career CS professional to gain hands-on exposure to startup governance, fundraising documentation, and incubator operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable corporate laws
- Manage ROC filings, board meeting documentation, and statutory registers
- Support due diligence and documentation for fundraising rounds and cap table management
- Draft and review resolutions, agreements, and corporate policies
- Liaise with regulators, auditors, and legal counsel
- Assist portfolio startups within the incubator with basic secretarial compliance

Requirements:

- Qualified Company Secretary (ICSI) or pursuing final-level CS
- 0-2 years of experience (freshers encouraged to apply)
- Strong knowledge of corporate law and compliance frameworks
- Excellent drafting, communication, and organizational skills
- Interest in startups, technology,



and the AI/deep tech ecosystem preferred
