As we scale our AI-driven products and consulting practice, design plays a critical role in how our story is told—visually, clearly, and credibly. We are looking for a Graphic Designer who understands technology, AI concepts, and up-to-date digital aesthetics to strengthen our brand and product communication.
What You Bring
· 1–3 years of hands-on experience as a Graphic Designer in IT, product, SaaS, or digital-first environments· Engineering background (B.E / B.Tech / equivalent) with a strong interest in design and visual storytelling· Exposure to AI, data, analytics, cloud, or emerging technologies (projects, internships, or work experience)· Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, colour theory, and layout principles· Ability to translate complex technical concepts (AI, data,



platforms) into simple, compelling visuals· Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with product, marketing, TA, and leadership teams
Desired Skills · Experience designing for AI products, dashboards, SaaS platforms, or tech consulting decks· Familiarity with designing visuals for product launches, demos, pitch decks, and case studies· Basic understanding of UX principles (spacing, consistency, usability)· Exposure to motion graphics, short videos, or interactive creatives is a plus· Understanding of branding in B2B / enterprise tech environments· Tools & Technologieso Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)o Figma / Adobe XD (basic working knowledge)o Presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides)o Any exposure to AI design tools or automation-based design workflows is a plus
Your Role
As a Graphic Designer, you will
· Create high-quality graphic assets for:o Product marketing & AI solution collateralo Sales & pre-sales decks, pitch presentationso Website, landing pages, and social media creatives· Design visuals that support AI narratives, data stories, and product value propositions· Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Leadership to ensure consistent brand identity· Maintain and evolve Lera’s visual design language across platforms· Support internal initiatives such as events, product launches, thought leadership, and reports· Ensure designs are clean, modern, scalable, and enterprise-ready
