Job Description:

1. Dedicated Representative: Represent assigned client universities for 2 months – 12

months as a dedicated representative.

2. Advising: Advise students on application procedures and ensure admission procedures

are completed within deadlines.3. Suitability & Guidance: Judge the suitability of the candidate for the course and the

university and accordingly give guidance.

4. Applications: Advise students on application procedures and ensure applications are

completed within deadlines.

5. Resolve Queries: Provide all the information sought by the student and/or parent. Clarify

doubts in filling up of the application form or doubts of any other nature.

6. Increase Clientele: Ensure parent/student leaves with a positive word of mouth which can

bring more clients and increase referrals

7. Database: Maintain a proper database of students counselled, and applications submitted
8.



Timely reports and Liaison: Submit timely reports as asked and liaise effectively with

reporting manager along with university POC by completion of tasks.

Requirements

Excellent interpersonal skills, presentation skills and should be confident enough in

speaking with students and parents alike

Excellent command of spoken and written English.

Valuable customer service skills and willingness to assist students and parents with any

queries they might have during the phone conversations.

Result-orientated and able to work under pressure to achieve targets.

Communicate effectively with colleagues, students and others from diverse social

backgrounds.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
