Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated, analytical, and results-oriented Growth Manager - Performance Marketing to lead customer acquisition and growth initiatives across digital channels. The role will be responsible for planning, executing, and scaling paid marketing campaigns, managing budgets, analyzing performance, and developing data-driven strategies to drive sustainable business growth. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms, a deep understanding of acquisition funnels and attribution, and the ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Strategy, Management & Optimization
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across: Google Ads: Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and App Campaigns Meta Ads: Facebook and Instagram
- Own campaign performance across business goals such as app installs, customer acquisition, conversions, and revenue.
- Manage budget allocation, forecasting, bid strategies, audience targeting, and campaign scaling.




- Develop and execute A/B testing plans across creatives, audiences, ad copies, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
- Identify opportunities to improve acquisition efficiency while maintaining campaign scale and quality.
- Ensure campaigns are structured and optimised according to platform best practices and business objectives.

2. Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Track and analyse key performance metrics, including CPC, CTR, CPA, CPI, CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, retention, and customer lifetime value.
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Analyze campaign and funnel-level data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and areas for optimisation.
- Translate performance data into actionable recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness and business outcomes.
