About the Role

We’re looking for a curious, analytical, and performance-driven Performance Marketing Intern to join our team at

Intent Farm. You’ll get hands-on exposure to running and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across platforms

like Meta and Google Ads for eCommerce and D2C brands.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Support & Execution

â Assist in planning and executing performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.

â Support campaign setup, audience research, keyword research, ad creation, and basic campaign

management.

â Monitor campaigns regularly and flag performance issues or opportunities for optimization.

â Work with the team to implement full-funnel advertising strategies across different stages of the customer

journey.

2. Campaign Optimization & Growth

â Track key performance metrics

â Assist in A/B testing creatives, audiences, ad copies, and campaign strategies.

â Research competitors, audiences, industry trends, and platform updates to identify potential growth

opportunities.

3. Analytics & Reporting





â Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance reports.

â Support tracking and reporting using tools such as Google Sheets/Excel, GA4, and Looker Studio.

â Help maintain campaign trackers, budgets, and performance dashboards.

4. Learning & Collaboration

â Work closely with performance marketers to understand campaign strategy and decision-making.

â Collaborate with creative and content teams to understand how creatives impact campaign performance.

â Stay updated with changes across Meta, Google, and the broader digital advertising ecosystem.

â Take ownership of assigned tasks and gradually handle campaigns with greater independence.

Requirements

â Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Management, Commerce, or a

related field.

â Robust interest in digital advertising and performance marketing.

â Basic understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, or
