Education : BE - Mechanical (Full time Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from AICTE approved institute)
Experience - 4 to 8 years
- Conduct maintenance as per defined checklist and schedule.
- Carry out RCA for repetitive breakdowns in the plant and implement.
- Carry out breakdown maintenance of the plant equipment.
- Undertake Spares Management
- Execution of small and modification projects (Capex) as per the planning
- Execution of shutdown activities as per planning
- Undertake 5S & TQM activities in the plant.
- Conduct Plant activities as per safety procedures and impart training to team members.
- Coordination with project team for commissioning activities for Current Plants
- Should have hands-on experience of Chemical Process Equipment’s (Rotating and Basic)
- Should have knowledge about: Packing machines, Heat Exchanger, De-dusting & conveying system, Spray dryer, VFBD ,Basic SAP, Magnetic Pump, Capex Execution, Preventive and Predictive Maintenance, Process Safety
