Pre-Sales Manager - Business Analyst, Location: Navi Mumbai, (New Position)

Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Business Analyst to support the Presales and Sales teams during client engagements. The role involves accompanying sales representatives for requirement gathering discussions, understanding customer business needs, preparing solution documentation, and helping create proposals and presentations. The ideal candidate should possess robust analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge business requirements and technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales teams during client meetings and discovery sessions.
- Conduct requirement gathering workshops and document business needs.
- Analyze client pain points and translate them into functional requirements.
- Prepare business requirement documents (BRD), functional specifications, and process flows.
- Collaborate with technical teams to propose suitable solutions.
- Support creation of proposals, RFP/RFI responses, estimations,



and solution presentations.
- Assist in preparing demos, use cases, and proof of concepts (POCs).
- Coordinate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure alignment.
- Participate in solution discussions and help articulate business value to clients.
- Maintain documentation of client interactions, requirements, and proposed solutions.
- Support transition from presales to project delivery teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Presales or client-facing roles.
- Strong requirement gathering and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience interacting with clients and conducting workshops.
- Understanding of SDLC, Agile, or project delivery methodologies.
