Long Description

Day-to-Day Responsibilities​:
- Work with stakeholders as well as technical and analytical counterparts to define constraints and develop requirements and concept of operations documentations
- Develop and implement new ServiceNow applications and integrations from initiation to completion, to the customer requirements. Develop workflows and scripts to personalize existing ServiceNow applications and automate and improve business processes
- As a ServiceNow Senior Developer, Maintain and support existing developments. Provide conceptual design, prototype,



and test cycles appropriate to chosen technical solution. You will be responsible for Design, code and test Reviews, identify technical risks and develop mitigations strategies
- Design quality features and propose how the applications and solutions should evolve in the future.
- Ability to lead a team, monitor performance, people, SLA/KPI on weekly frequency.
- Reporting project health on monthly frequency local and global. Should poses good presentation skills and crisp and transparent communication.
- Define and enforce ServiceNow development standards, governance, and best practices (naming conventions, update set strategy, code quality, security compliance)
- Design and implement scalable and upgrade-safe solutions, ensuring minimal technical debt and alignment with ServiceNow platform guidelines
- Design and implement robust integration architectures (event-driven, async patterns, retry mechanisms, error handling framewo
