We are looking for a customer-centric, well-groomed, and proactive Customer Relations Officer (CRO) to be the first point of contact for customers visiting our stores. The ideal candidate will ensure every customer receives a warm welcome, is seamlessly connected with the right Client Service Advisor (CSA), and enjoys a premium shopping experience that reflects the values of our client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
- Assess customer needs and assign the most suitable Client Service Advisor (CSA).
- Introduce customers to their assigned CSA and ensure a smooth handover.
- Manage customer appointments and ensure timely assistance.
- Assist walk-in customers when CSAs are occupied to maintain a seamless customer experience.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues when required.
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships to encourage repeat visits and loyalty.
- Suggest and implement customer engagement and retention initiatives.
- Coordinate with store teams to ensure a consistently high standard of service.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Commerce, Retail Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, customer relations, or front-office roles, preferably in luxury retail, fashion, hospitality, or premium menswear.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and the local language.
- Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and rotational shifts as required in retail.
