Description
As an intern in our Talent Acquisition department, you will play a vital role in supporting our recruitment processes and helping us identify and attract top talent. You'll work closely with our team to source candidates, manage the onboarding process, and assist with pre-offer and onboarding documentation. Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and market references.
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in reviewing and shortlisting resumes.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews for suitable candidates.
- Help with the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for current hires.
- Assist in creating and maintaining an organized candidate database.
- Provide administrative support for recruitment-related tasks, such as offer letter preparation.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and implement recruitment strategies.
- Research and suggest improvements for our recruitment processes.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations.
