Role summary

 Responsible for the strategic management and growth of sales operations within a designated geographic area, with a focus on serving the specific needs and challenges of small and medium-sized business clients

Detailed Responsibilities

 Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a sales representatives or executives team to achieve sales targets and performance goals.

 Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies and plans tailored to the unique requirements of SME clients within the designated area.
 Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain solid relationships with SME clients and serve as a point of contact for addressing their business challenges.
 Product Knowledge:
Possess in-depth knowledge of the company's products and guide the sales team in effectively communicating their value proposition to SME clients.
 Market Analysis:




Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and the evolving needs of SME clients. Adapt sales strategies accordingly.
 Sales Presentations:
Provide guidance and support to the sales team in delivering compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to SME clients.
 Goal Setting and Reporting:
Set achievable sales targets and quotas for the sales team and monitor progress. Regularly report on sales metrics and performance to higher management.
 Client Feedback:
Gather feedback from SME clients and relay this information to product or service development teams to improve offerings.
 Training and Development:
Provide training and professional development opportunities for the sales team to keep them updated with best practices and market changes.
