Opportunity

We are looking to employ a passionate, enthusiastic, and consulting focused candidate into the India professional services team. As a Technical Lead, you will develop and implement customer web platforms using front end technologies.



This involves defining scope, timelines, technical solutions and leading the end to end delivery. You will drive customer communication, engage customers, facilitate development, ensure adoption and adherence to best practices and mentor team of developers. The ideal candidate is customer-centric, collaborative, and fosters inclusivity, authenticity, and trust across teams.

Experience in Years: 10+ years of relevant experience

Responsibilities
- Participate in Discovery sessions to identify business priorities and expectations of authoring experience in CMS.
- Lead workshops between creative, content teams, and development teams in relation to template and component identification and requirements, and governance strategy between development and authoring tasks.
