Our Opportunity
We are looking for an accomplished enterprise sales leader to drive strategic growth within large Conglomerate accounts across India. This role will be responsible for developing executive relationships, driving large transformational deals, expanding existing accounts, and acquiring current strategic customers across diversified business groups spanning manufacturing, energy, financial services, telecom, retail, infrastructure, and technology businesses.

Who You'll Report To
VP – Sales, India

You Will Make an Impact By Being Responsible For:
• Own end-to-end sales responsibility for Conglomerate accounts across India.
• Develop and execute account strategies for India's largest business groups.
• Build strong relationships with CXOs, CIOs, CTOs, Digital Transformation Leaders, Procurement Heads, and Business Unit Leaders.
• Drive new logo acquisition and expansion opportunities across multiple group companies.
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles from prospecting to closure.
• Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Product, Consulting, and Customer Success teams to deliver business outcomes.
• Create and maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipelines, and account plans.
• Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Identify opportunities related to digital transformation, customer experience, AI, automation, and enterprise modernizatio
