About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Associate to support the implementation of a large-scale vocational education programme in Punjab. The role will involve programme planning, research, on-ground implementation, stakeholder coordination, monitoring, and documentation.

The individual will work closely with government officials, schools, vocational teachers, implementation partners, and internal teams to support effective programme delivery and identify opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Programme Strategy & Planning
- Conduct research and analysis to support programme planning and decision-making.
- Support the Programme Manager in tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth programme implementation.
- Provide regular updates on programme progress, challenges, and outcomes.

2. On-Ground Implementation & Monitoring




- Lead assigned programme activities/verticals and ensure timely execution.
- Conduct regular school and field visits to monitor implementation and understand on-ground challenges.
- Build relationships with government officials, school principals, vocational teachers, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Support data collection, analysis, monitoring, and documentation of programme outcomes.
- Identify implementation bottlenecks and work with the Programme Manager to develop solutions and course corrections.
- Support effective allocation and utilization of programme resources.

3. Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with government and education stakeholders to support programme objectives.
- Facilitate communication between schools, implementation partners, field teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Build robust working relationships across multiple stakeholder groups.

4. Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare project updates, reports, present
