Qualification: BE / Diploma in Mechanical /Automobile Engineering
Experience: 1 to 3 year experience in Tool Room designing for Sheet metal, Punching tools and dies, Jigs & fixtures and Machine components by using AutoCAD, Inventor software.
Work location: Shirwal in Pune (on Satara road, 70Km from Swargate)
Start Date: Immediate / Within 15 days

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Design Engineer with experience in mechanical design and manufacturing. The candidate will be responsible for designing and developing cold roll forming profiles, roll tooling, fixtures, machine components and related sheet metal products, while coordinating with production, quality and manufacturing teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Designing and developing punching tools and dies.
Managing die drawings as per customers part design requirements.
Prepare and modify 2D drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD, Inventor software.
Design machine components, fixtures,



jigs and other tooling required for manufacturing.
Prepare detailed manufacturing drawings with proper dimensions, tolerances and material specifications.
Perform design calculations related to customer required product.
Collaborating with tool room and other internal groups to manage tooling from initial designs through the tool build.
Maintain design documents, drawings, BOMs and revision records.
Your work will be crucial in ensuring the efficiency and quality of manufacturing processes related to Special Punching Tool .

Required Skills:
Mechanical Engineering and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Robust attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Familiar knowledge about usage of Geometrical Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD & T).
