As part of the continued growth of its Trade Surveillance function, the firm is looking to hire a VP – Trade Surveillance for Mumbai location n n The role will be responsible for managing and enhancing trade surveillance processes, strengthening front-office controls, identifying potential market conduct risks, and driving greater efficiency and effectiveness across the surveillance framework. n n Key Responsibilities: n n n Lead Trade Surveillance across Equities, Derivatives, Fixed Income & Commodities n Manage and enhance surveillance processes, controls & exception monitoring n Analyse trading data to identify anomalies, trends and potential risks n Drive resolution of data issues and improve front-office controls n Partner with Compliance, Risk,
