Job Description The company is looking for a Founder's Office – Growth professional to work directly with the leadership team to solve high-impact customer and business problems. n This is a highly execution-oriented role for someone who enjoys combining product thinking, customer obsession, analytics, and technology to improve customer journeys and business outcomes. You'll own critical initiatives across the post-booking customer experience, supplier ecosystem, and product improvements that directly impact customer satisfaction and business growth. n If you enjoy identifying problems, speaking to customers, leveraging technology to solve them, and driving measurable outcomes, this role offers significant ownership and visibility. n What You'll Own n n Drive strategic initiatives that improve post-booking customer experience across the travel journey. n Identify customer drop-off points and build solutions to improve conversion, engagement, and retention. n Work closely with customers to gather insights, validate hypotheses, and translate feedback into product improvements. n Improve supplier experience by identifying operational bottlenecks and designing scalable solutions. n Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations for Growth,



and Customer Experience to deliver high-impact initiatives. n Use technology and automation to solve operational and customer problems at scale. n Define success metrics, measure outcomes, and continuously optimize customer journeys. n Balance business growth goals with exceptional customer experience. n n What We're Looking For n n 3–6 years of experience in Product, Growth, Customer Experience, Strategy, Founder's Office, Business Operations, or similar ownership-driven roles. n Strong product mindset with the ability to solve business problems through technology. n Proven experience driving measurable customer, product, or growth outcomes. n Comfortable working with data to identify opportunities and prioritize initiatives. n Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Operations, and Business. n Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. n Hands-on execution mindset with strong ownership and bias for action. n n Nice to have n n A genuine passion for travel and understands their mindset n n We are looking for someone who loves exploring recent destinations, takes holidays regularly, and naturally relates to the traveler's mindset.
