Our Compliance team blends regulatory expertise with data-driven thinking to make sure our products meet legal and policy requirements and deliver real value to customers. In a fast-moving, digital environment, they stay one step ahead by finding smart, scalable ways to manage conduct risk.
We’re looking for a Business Compliance Manager to support and advise department heads on compliance requirements and related controls within the first line of defence.
Providing compliance domain expertise to 1LoD and offering solutions to compliance problem statements
Acting as an effective stakeholder between 1LoD and 2LoD compliance teams
Steering retail payment products through the complex regulatory landscape
Identifying potential compliance risks in our retail payment offerings
Creating innovative strategies to stay one step ahead of regulatory challenges




Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deploy cutting-edge compliance policies that meet legal requirements and drive business growth
Empowering product teams with the knowledge and tools they need, making compliance a seamless part of the innovation process
Serving as the go-to expert and liaison with regulatory bodies, ensuring our products shine in audits

3+ years of experience in regulatory compliance
~ Experience in a top-tier bank, strategy consultancy, or fast-growing technology company
~ An excellent understanding of how compliance risk and business risk interact
~ Highly adaptable skills to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
~ The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects at once, and meet tight deadlines
