n School of Athens Fine Art Academy is looking for an experienced Fine Art Mentor with strong proficiency in Classical Drawing and Painting.
Key Requirementsn n Strong proficiency in Classical Painting
n Strong foundation in Academic Drawing
n Excellent understanding of Anatomy, Perspective, Proportion, Value & Light
n Proficiency in Oil Painting
n Knowledge of Classical Portraiture, Figure Painting & Still Life
n Solid understanding of Colour Theory and Colour Mixing
n Ability to teach traditional academic methods and classical painting techniques
n MFA / MVA in Fine Art preferred
n Classical Atelier / Academic Art Training strongly preferred
n Candidates with professional training under established classical ateliers are encouraged to apply
n Minimum 2+ years of teaching / professional experience preferred
n Strong observational and analytical drawing skills
n Ability to demonstrate and explain techniques clearly
n Passion for traditional Fine Art education
n We Are Specifically Looking Forn Classical Fine Art practitioners — not general art instructors.




n Candidates should have substantial training or professional practice in realistic / academic / classical drawing and painting.

n Illustration
n Concept Art
n Contemporary/Experimental Art without classical training
n Hobby-level painting
n Short-term painting workshops without formal classical training
n Educationn Preferred:
n n MFA / MVA – Fine Art
n BFA / BVA with strong classical painting specialization
n Classical Atelier training
n Academic/Traditional Fine Art training
n Rolen n Mentor students in classical drawing and painting
n Conduct demonstrations and practical sessions
n Correct student work through individual feedback
n Teach drawing, anatomy, perspective, values, colour and painting techniques
n Maintain academic standards of the academy
n Guide students through structured Fine Art programs
n Participate in academic reviews and student assessments
