n About CorporateConnections – India (AP & TS)
n CorporateConnections – India (AP & TS) is part of CorporateConnections - a leading global networking organization that brings together established Entrepreneurs, Industrialists and Visionaries dedicated to fostering meaningful skilled relationships and leveraging shared experiences. With a focus on facilitating valuable connections and opportunities, our tailored events and exclusive membership provide a platform for collaboration and growth, empowering businesses and entrepreneurs to thrive in today's ever evolving landscape. CC is an invite-only exclusive platform with 2000 members across 30+ countries and spreading its base across key business hubs across the globe.
n Our mission is simple: Create a trusted room where successful leaders help each other grow.
n We are looking for a high-caliber relationship builder and operator to lead and manage one of our entrepreneur chapters.
n What is the Role of an Operations Manager?
n The Operations Manager is the execution backbone of CorporateConnections AP & Telangana, responsible for the day-to-day operational delivery of the organization. This role owns inventory and resourcing, venue sourcing and coordination for chapter meetings and events, and travel/accommodation bookings for member retreats across India. The Operations Manager is also expected to be technology-forward — driving adoption and smooth implementation of the tools and systems the organization runs on, and acting as the go-to person when operations and technology intersect. The role reports into the Operations Director and works closely with Chapter Directors and the National Office team.
n Responsibilities:
n Operations Management
n - Own end-to-end operational execution for chapter meetings, national events, and organizational initiatives.
n - Build and maintain SOPs for recurring operational activities; ensure consistency across chapters.
n - Act as the operational point of contact for Chapter Directors, resolving logistics and execution issues quickly.
n - Track budgets, vendor costs, and expenses related to operations; flag variances to the Operations Director.
n Inventory Management
n - Maintain accurate inventory of branded merchandise, collateral, signage, and event materials.
n - Plan procurement and replenishment cycles ahead of events and chapter launches.
n - Set up a simple tracking system (physical + digital) for stock movement across locations.
n Venue Sourcing & Coordination
n - Identify, evaluate, and finalize venues for chapter meetings, member events, and larger gatherings.
n - Negotiate rates and terms with venues and vendors; manage contracts and payment timelines.
n - Coordinate on-ground logistics — seating, AV, catering, branding — for a seamless member experience.
n Travel & Retreat Bookings
n - Manage flight, hotel, and ground transport bookings for member retreats and offsites across India.
n - Build relationships with travel partners and hotel chains to secure preferential group rates.
n - Handle itinerary planning and troubleshoot travel issues in real time during retreats.
n Technology Implementation
n - Serve as the operations owner for tools the organization uses (CRM, communication, scheduling, tracking systems).
n - Drive rollout and adoption of new tools/processes across chapters, including basic training for teams.
n - Identify gaps where technology can reduce manual operational effort, and propose solutions to the Operations Director.
n Requirements:
n n 3–4 years of experience in Operations, Coordination, logistics, event management and hospitality
n Strong verbal and written communication skills
n Tech-savvy — quick to learn new tools and confident driving adoption within a team.
n Good presentation and stakeholder coordination skills
n Professional, presentable and organized personality
n Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
n Strong execution mindset with attention to detail
n Coachable, adaptable and open to continuous learning
n Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
n Strong ownership, accountability and follow-up orientation
n Comfortable working closely with leadership and handling confidential information
n Willing to travel within AP & Telangana and across India for retreats and larger events.
n n What Success Looks Like:
n n Chapter meetings and events run smoothly with zero last-minute operational surprises.
n Inventory is always accounted for and available when chapters need it.
n Retreat travel and venue bookings are cost-efficient, well-negotiated, and glitch-free.
n Technology tools are actively used across chapters, not just rolled out.
n n Why Join Us:
n n Work Closely with Leadership – Collaborate directly with dynamic leaders and decision-makers driving CorporateConnections forward.
n High Ownership & Growth – Take ownership of meaningful operational initiatives and contribute directly to organizational growth and execution.
n Professional Learning Environment – Gain exposure to leadership conversations, strategic planning and high-level business ecosystems.
n Dynamic Work Culture – Be part of a collaborative, fast-paced and growth-driven environment.
n Career Development Opportunities – Build strong operational, coordination, communication and leadership capabilities.
n Strong Organizational Exposure – Work alongside entrepreneurs, senior leaders and professionals across diverse industries.
n n If you are someone who enjoys bringing structure, managing operations efficiently, coordinating with people and driving execution excellence, this role will be a strong opportunity for your professional growth and impact.
